Plug wires?

Hey guys the g has over 100g miles and im changing all the plugs and wires. So im sticking with the ngk because its the savest and hear bad stuff about the pulse plugs. So i was wondering if i should get different plug wires, i was thinking msd or some big ignition company, it will make it look better. Even if they make minimal power change ill take it. thx for the input

I'm almost positive that there is no reason to ever replace the wires on the G and i've never heard of anyone making wires for a G... it's not like a Honda.

I wouldn't change the wires unless you have a very reputable company behind the new ones. Even then, they can get screwed up on installation, something I wouldn't want to mess with.

The G35 uses coilpacks, so there is no benefit to different plug wires, not to mention I've never heard of any aftermarket plug wires for the G, at least from any reputable source.

The stillen grounding kit is a complete POS. Get one from Gordgee, there are arguable gains from it.

I'm sure he meant the coil packs. If that's the case, yes you do need to replace them by now if they have not been replaced. It will make a huge difference.

Why would he need to replace coil packs unless they are not firing? I thought coil packs don't degrade in performance; i.e. they either work or they don't.
