No Holes License Plate for KurumaZ Bumper

I have a stupid fix-it ticket coming up I have to take care of. Front tint and no plates on the KurumaZ.

Is there a plate out there I can put on the bumper without drilling holes? Or can I hook the plate on the mesh part, would they accept that?
