is the front lip removable

I have a G35 with the Aero kit, if the bumper is replaced can I take the front lip off the old one?

yeah you can. take off the screws on the sides.

also on my lip there is a bolt at each corner just below the air ducts. think they are 10mm. you can reach them from underneath once the belly plastic is removed.
