is this a good deal?

i know during these times its rough for auto dealers but i've been looking into this 2005 g35 couipe lakeshore slate with 31k miles ,auto, clean car fax, no accidents, active warranty asking 18000 out the door. so with the pics included is this a good deal or what?

Seems like a decent deal..I payed more for mine for around the same miles...mine has a nav, I dont know if this one does. I would still try to talk them down, try to get them to bring it down more.
