Would this be covered under the bumper to bumper warranty or the powertrain warranty as mine clicks and it sounds neat but it can be annoying at times.

Nope because it was in warrenty (other than that i do all the work myself)

Depending on the dealership, they might fix this as a "goodwill" repair since there is a TSB out. its only a matter of tightening some bolts. Never hurts to call and find out

I called my local dealer this week about the same thing, that, and my cd player skips when cold....another story.
But I was told that the axle click was not covered under the powertrain warranty. Only the 4yr or 60,000 mile warranty. IS THIS TRUE? or are they blowing smoke up you know where 8^O

i wish i lived near u guys. i would do it for u in a heart beat for cheap. u have no idea how ridiculously easy it is to fix. u dont need to buy anything except for molycote grease. a couple of wrenches and some jackstands is all u need otherwise. if u can change a flat tire u could do this

hely ya i wish you lived near me, id rather pay you , than the stealership
