I think 2 exhausts look the best and 1 exhaust looks a lil ricey.

I would assume 2 tips would be louder due to having two outputs?

That is an assumption though i have no expeirence to back that claim up

i still think a single exhaust is louder because all air flow is coming out of one port..with dual , yes they come out of two exits but that sound is being dispersed.

Airflow doesn't necessarily mean increase in sound. Having two exits could resonate in such a way that they amplify the sound.

But i'm no acoustical engineer so anyone's guess is fair game.

I like the sound of the JIC Y-Pipe and JIC Single Exhaust.. Think it'll go good w/ my 05 X sedan.

im going single here soon. i dont think it looks bad the moon shape cuts in the bumper arent not as big as the ones in the 350s. if the cuts were bigger like them i would just stay with the dual tips. its really opinion when doing this it took me a while to decide this and searching for other members cars to see if i would like the single look

hmm i heard some folks be saying our exhaust's piping is pretty good already, so wouldn't it be "alright/okay" if we just got a new muffler welded onto it ? remove all that weight/metal and just get an aftermarket like JIC muffler and weld it on to stock piping?
