I don't think 200k is out of the question, maybe higher if maintained right. The engine is well-proven which is a major part.

Hmm.. Major issues ... How is everyone with Rev-up 05-06' 6mts doing on miles?

I wonder what affects the oil consumption issue will have in the long run..

proper maintenance will give you unlimited miles. obviously youre going to have to put some kind of money into it over the years. we have a few 3rd gen maximas(3.0L) that come in my shop with original motors with over 500k on them. 2nd and 3rd trannys but you asked about the motor :-P

I bought 05 coupe on 1/06. I have 78K on it now and I'm hoping for 250K miles.

So far I've change
front/rear pads
coolant
auto tranny fluid with j-matic
air filters
brake fluid

Zero problems except for the axle clicking, dash noise and driver's side window motor which were all covered under warranty

250K is doable in a VQ engine...Tranny...I can only pray

Engine and Transmission if maintained will go easily $150,000+ The electrics (window motors, actuators, Cd changers, etc) as well as most trim and body hardware require deep pockets and constant maintanance.

wow there sure is a LOT of guesses in here, not cool guys, this forum is supposed to be a place for right information, not a bunch of random opinions or hopes --> 500 000 LOL))

The real answer is straight from an offical Nissan factory video I saw a while back is the engine is made to have a life span of about 350 000
only problem is I forgot if that was Miles or Kilometers
