Ignition coils change?

I wanted to know if anyone knew when the coil packs should be changed? I am going to do a spark plug change. Do you coils need to be changed as well?

When you change your plugs, inspect ur coils for cracks and other visual defects. Coils are expensive, so if it isn't broken, don't fix it. Get a good quality plug, platinum or Iridium depending on ur mods and future mods.

If you take the car to 100K, believe me, it's time to change them. I have the old VQ3.0 on my old Max with 229K, have had several crack as time has passed. My mechanic stated that they should've been all changed at 100k, oh well.

I haven't reached the 100K mark, but when I changed my oil at 66k all the coils were good. I guess it just depends on how many miles and how hard you drive it.
