what ive found true with g35s and 350zs is many hate on wheels that are not volk/rays. just because you go with a cheaper rim will not mean it will bend or crack. most of the time when that happens is someone is to stupid to watch out for potholes or can't drive. ive had cheap wheels and expensive neither bent nor cracked. go with the rims you like not what everyone else likes be different! as for the axis they look nice and would be a great choice

dont u look out for potholes ANYWAYS when u drive? or is that how u treat ur car, by running into every pothole? and sorry it pays to play wanna have a nice car, u better be careful when u drive and avoid potholes, if u dont want the hassle of potholes get a cheaper car or just dont mod at all, that is some honest advice

I think that you may have misread his post, he said "most of the time when that happens is someone is to stupid to watch out for potholes or can't drive" He worded it a bit awkwardly but he is saying that you should watch out for potholes.

On a side note, I love the axis shine. I have the R1 Hype which are the same as the shine, just with a chrome lip instead of polished.

Like others have said go with what you like, I wouldn't worry about the brand too much, as long as you are careful, you should be OK.

I agree completely. I recently bought my 04 DG, and didn't notice that one wheel was painted DG. The stock color is very close, and with salt and dust, I didn't even notice. I love the look of the one painted wheel so much that I am having all of them blasted and powdercoated. With such great looking stock wheels, why not spend modding dollars elsewhere?

Leave those rims on, and dump the G. Clean and subtle look.
