7500 mile service

I took my g35 coupe for its 7.5k service. The tires were not rotated, but I was charged for wheel balance weights. I did not notice it till I got home. When I called the service rep, he told that the wheels were not rotated because they are direct tires and cannot be rotated. Is this true? What are direct tires?

tires are different sizes on the coupe if you got the 18's...unless they broke them down and swapped from side to side thats the only way to rotate...
