what are we actually scraping when we scrap the bottom of our cars?

If you have stock sides with the Nismo front, you will usually scrape the undercarriage of the car. Most likely the center and hence, your exhaust's mid section especially if you have an aftermarket exhaust. I almost never scrape the Nismo front.

I scraped my car's mid-pipe HARD on the stock drop (before I dropped my car). I now have this horrible exhaust leak which I need to fix but don't have the time yet.

P.S. Stock 06 Sport sides on the Nismo look great. Aftermarket sides are too low for the Nismo.

i raised my front end 1/2 inch today. it doesnt look satisfying anymore. i basically been planning what you guys are talkin about.. sports sides + cf nismo diffuser. no moola though. i want some black work meisters now too =(

^Maybe, it's very hard to imagine roads being worse than here, not to mention i basically live in a mountain so everything is steep a$$ driveways. Gotta park on the street everywhere!!!
