Never buy any car parts from eBay unless it's name brand, for example Stillen sways. The generic or knock off stuff is trash, and 99% of the time it ends up breaking and you end up spending more buying the real thing on top of what you spent on the knock off.

Quote: Any time you buy anything on ebay you're taking a chance, sure it may
look like you're saving 50% but what are you really buying (like Andy mentioned) ****! I'm sitting here right now looking at an add from ebay, they're showing an exhaust system for $519.99 it's an exact copy of the
HKS system. Looks like a great deal, is it the same quality as HKS....NO WAY!
New members you want a deal, buy from our own MARKETPLACE and from our
sponsors you'll be glad you did and $ ahead....

this is total nonsense....a 1000$ piece of Stainless steel mendrel bent is no better than a 500$ of same...i have the Ebay exhaust and it is perfect! the guy who installed it has his own exhaust shop and loved the sound and quality of it...u must shop at super fresh and buy ur 3$ pringles when they are at walmart for 1$...simply for the piece of mind right?..yes ebay has crappy things and anyone with a middle school education can sort thru the nonsense........

my experience with Ebay car parts like the majority of you on here is that you have to do your research of the product and more importantly the seller's feedback ratings. Just because it's a name brand product doesn't necessarily mean that it's the best product for your car. The good thing about being on the boards here is, you can ask others opinions about various products and usually get product writeups/youtube.com postings.

maybe so yea im not gonna rag on someone who only buys namebrand but to call it not the same quality is ridiculous cuz it is...the tips have all been proven to be fake and the AD clearly doesnt call them Titanium tips...its one of those Riddles in the AD, but the piping is clearly stainless steel with mandrel bends just like HKS

lol well the funny thing is that u can buy tint spray from ebay, its like 10 bucks a can but i think that its the same as regular spray paint. i would just use either one. make sure after a couple of coats of the paint u let it dry and do like 4 coats of clear over it that way it looks like its actual tint. to do its as simple as taking them off the car clean them off with like rubbing alcohol to degrease the surface use like 400 sandpaper to rough up the surface clean up the sanded area with same alcohol, and then in thin layers just apply the paint/tint spray. allow about 10 mint between each coat to dry before proceeding with the next coat. u can assist the drying process with a heat gum. at least that how i did it. looks awesome.. during the day theyre solid black and at night when the light comes on u can still see the yellow but its like shaded
