Two Choices

Ok i narrowed down my tire choice to two but i am unsure which one to go with cause they almost identical to me, than again i am a n00b to this.

Yokohama S. Drive 245/35/19 & 275/35/19

Kumho SPT 245/35/19 & 275/35/19

Tire rack rates Kumho SPT as #1 in its class but Yoko's have better ratings as far as tread life, road noise, and ride comfort.

Tirerack's rating system is cool, question is... what's most important to you in a tire?

Two choices only one tire....S-Drives!

Let's try a little simple logic, $100 is nothing if you're buying another set of
tires in a year or so. Always check the wear rating on tires before you lay
down the cash. Anything under 220 you're wasting $ but over 280
your car will handle like crap due to the hard compound....buying tires has
become a science. The more you know, the better your ride!

^^That has always made perfect sense to me, but this time around, I got some low, low threadlife rating @ 180 Bridgestones but they ride like crap. Much too hard IMO. I have even lowered the tires air pressure to about 31psi just to soften things up a bit, but even then, still not good.

What tire out there provides a "softer" road feel? Now I'm a bit doubtful it would be one with a low threadlife. Unless it's just a Bridgestone thing. I really hate all the jittering, shakes, and now more excessive rattles going on due to such a harsh ride with these new tires.
