help help help tow hitch???

i have an 03 g35 coupe, i'm having a near impossible time getting a hitch installed for a bike rack. nobody across toronto can help, i've even spoken directly to a manufacturer and infiniti canada, again it's only for a bike rack not to tow a boat or anything, can anybody please help?
thanks!
