Holy **** my car is falling apart!
okay, i think i've lost all confidence in the brand.
In the past week i've the following problems:
-Super Premature tire wear (5,000 miles on a brand new tires, NOW THEY ARE SLICKS, NO I DO NOT DO BURNOUTS OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT).
- Passenger side door lock motor decided to quit on me
- Right Rear caliper seized on me, tore up the break pad and rotor.
- gas cap popping thing broke
- Throttle body sensors got fried
- temp guage broke.
this is happening on a car that is WELL taken care of, all recommended maintenance is done AHEAD of time, all extra precautions are taken care of.
Unbelievable how you can go from loving to hating (and i mean absolutely hating) the car is 24 hrs.
I just replaced my front tires from 225/45/18 to 225/40/18 and now my ABS is so ****ed up my ABS, SLIP, and No VDC light all turn on and my ABS gets disabled. Before that happened i hear all these ABS-like sounds and a clicking noise when not on the gas..... can anyone tell me the problem?
HELP! I'm about to give the car away from frustration!

Premature wear of tires is common (12-14,000 is about the norm). Door actuators as well as motors go often as well. The rest of your problems seem like real issues. Do you have an extended warranty? It might be time to think of getting one if possible. Good luck.
wow,118k...alot of miles, alot of problems there..what year is your car?1000 miles a week, damn I drive that in almost two months..good luck with everything and hope you either fix it or like you said "give it away".I'll be first in line for the car if you're giving it away for free..
LOL those are common issues and it just happen that you have them all at once hahaha sorry bro. Fix them up and u'll love your ride again. Mine is already 129K =)

At 118K miles?
OP, that's a lot of trouble all at one time. Is this the most that's happened in 118K miles? Could just be bad luck on the timing of all of them going wrong.

My other car (DD) is a 2K MAX SE, cars begin to break down right about 70-80K. I've replaced: front-end parts, radiator, radiator fans, starter, alternator, well you get the picture? The bad thing about cars in this price range, they're very expensive to repair. Even when you do your homework to find parts for the best price, they're still not cheap. Now that you've fixed your car, hopefully it'll be a while before anything else breaks down. Meanwhile, enjoy the ride.

???Your caliper was seized? Were you told this or did you have driveability problems?
What does ABS have to do with your front tires being bad? Was the low tire pressure warning lamp on or brake fluid low?
What was wrong w/ your throttle body? I haven't had to wrench on the G much but the only thing I can image on there is a MAP/MAF sensor and maybe a TPS (throttle position sensor).
