hey folks,
i just wanted to introduce myself to the forum and ask a quick question.

i just bought an 05 g35 coupe desert platinum with the auto because it was the only one in my area for sale.

the other day i was get to work and park my car, it was rainy so my feet were wet, i go to put the parking brake on out of habit, my foot slips off of it, and the brake peddle shoots back into the not engaged position. now my brake lamp on the dash is on whether the parking brake is engaged or not. if i pull on the brake it goes off but as soon as i let go it comes back on.

its not hurting the car, but the light is just annoying. I'm pretty sure i just messed up the parking brake sensor, because i checked the brake fluid and it was fine.

only problem is i don't know where the sensor is located. if someone could help me out that would be awesome.

im not too sure since i have a 6MT but look right behind the pedal if there is a wire follow it to a switch, see if its working.

ok its fixed... and i feel like an idiot haha the problem was like a 30 second fix.
the little button that gets pressed when the brake is released was moved over little bit haha.
