coupe 03 vs 04

Hey guys, just wondering what is the difference, mechanically, exterior and interior between the 03 and 04 coupe?

Also, how easy is it to make the Nav system into a dvd player?

03 and 04 were the same style

the groupings for style was 03-04

then 05 alone

then 06-07

I've heard that people faced alot of problems with the 03 model, electrical issues mostly, are they mechanically the exact same as well?
