6"2 here. weight is probably the issue if any . and this is the most comfortable car i have bought yet. back seat is a little cramped, but hopefully the girls are under 5"5 anyway.

Similar build here, but I have a relatively long torso (32" inseam). Plenty of head and shoulder room without the seat mod. I wish it had Audi/BMW legroom because I like to fully stretch out my legs on longer trips, but almost no cars do except them.

I'm very picky about how I feel in the driver's seat. My sister has a 2002 330xi and while it's got lots of legroom and I fit in it, it's very snug. The door feels close, the roof feels close, but none of that cramped feeling at all in the G35.

I'm actually surprised at the answers here, I never thought someone 6'2" or more could be comfortable. I have a friend who is 6'1" and he found it uncomfortable.

I'd suggest you just go sit in one and test drive it to decide for yourself.

Agreed, I am surprised as well by everyone's answers. I am so glad someone posted this thread because I wanted to ask if anyone else is having this problem. I'm 6'0, don't have particularly spiky hair, and my hair can sometimes touch the roof, especially on the left side of my head where the roof starts to angle down. I've lowered the seat as much as possible, but I do set my seat more upright because I don't like a slouching recline. No one else can just touch the roof at 6'0 and taller?

I can if I make the seat back closer to vertical, but I have long arms so I have it slightly reclined, but nowhere near the "slouched" setting.
