I was parked off of sunset at the BelAge hotel in Hollywood tonight, and I apparantly someone thought it would be a great idea to but a big slice/hole in my front bumper. So...I guess this is forcing me to get a nice new aftermarket front bumper. I really like the Impul, it's very nice. Anyone know a good cheap place to get them? I'm in SoCal in Sherman Oaks (818 san fernando valley). Also, someone to paint it, and put it on..etc....

Are there good replicas of the front bumper for impul?

Also any other bumpers I should look at?

thanks guys

Re: Aftermarket front bumpers? Someone hit and ran.
I got in a front bumper accident a while back, so I researched this topic to ad nauseum. Anyway here's the breakdown:

Real Impul Bumper - its somewhere around $1,000 and made out of urethane

Impul Replica - I believe SoCaLG35Mashin is running that. Drop him a pm about it. Its fiberglass and runs for about $400

Top Secret Bumper - Around $800. Includes Top Secret grille.

Nismo Front Bumper - I believe around $600-800. Not sure an availability

Nismo Replica Bumper - $400

Greddy Front Bumper - $500

Stillen Front Fascia - $600

All of these bumpers can be found at i-m-racing.com, 350zforums.org and bulletproofautomotive.com. I've dealt with 350zforums and they're good guys. Not sure about the other companies. If you want pics, check around the forum....a think that all of these aftermarket bumpers are on our member's coupes. Good luck with the process and post pics when you get your bumper!

* the prices may have changed since i last researched this topic, so please don't hold me to them *
