All G's are slow unless you go fi, so I dont think it matters power wise which year you get. You should probably make your choice based on interior and brake options. Obviously the brembos are nice on the 03-04's, interior gets better in 05, headlights are better in 06 but imo the tail lights and spoiler got uglier in 06 as well.
