Don't worry about double clutching, I don't think we need to do it anymore with new syncros and sh*t.
Heel / toe blip is *I think* when you're coming up on a corner / turn and you need to downshift so you can accelerate out. So you're braking with the front part of your foot (toe) and then you blip (tap) the gas with you're heel to rev match RPM's. Think of you're foot in a diaganol position with the front on the top left and you're heel on the bottom right. By the way this is your right foot. I might be totally wrong, but that's what I do.
