wasup fellas im lookin to give the g a new paint job. my boy does work and is gunna do it for a really good price. im lookin to go for a wine red color and leave my hood, roof, and trunk black. if you guys have any other ideas leme hear em!!!!!!

Sounds good but im not too fond about the all black hood, roof and trunk idea. The roof should be good enough.

Correct. And not sure I would go with a wine color if I had any color to choose from. But its your car, do what you want

 

Feel like there are a million better colors to go with if you get a custom job

as stated, the black hood stuff would look terrible imo

 

As for custom colors, I've always been a big fan of Cosmos Black. E36 M3s offered the color and it looks beautiful in person. Think Ivory Pearl, but Black. Metallic paints are a bit more difficult to get right through a custom job though.

 

Wine would be kinda of a yawn for custom.....

how about like a metallic sapphire blue?
