Are you being sarcastic? Because its well known he isnt replying to PM, emails, and any method of internet communication.

Unless you dont know which means that next time you shouldnt make comments without knowing what the hell you're talking about

As for the OP's question, theres no easy answer. Keep calling, dont bother leaving VMs, just try once a day, probably at times people dont work like lunchtime or during off hours, 6-9PM his time (he's in Cali) seems to work best. Be polite, dont flood his phone w/ texts or calls.

Personally unless you're ready to deal with a lot of heartache however, I'd suggest trying another vendor. Until at least Eric comes here online in person and write a post saying he's no longer swamped and can fulfill orders in in a timely manner.

i have talked to eric plenty of times through pm and texts, he is BUSY chill out and he will get to you

 

I didnt say you never contacted him. As a matter of fact, his quick and prompt communication was one of his greatest selling points in the past. Not so much lately.

The OP asked whats the best way to reach him NOW. PM is definitely NOT the best way. As a matter of fact I doubt he replies to them at all nowdays.

 

he does reply to his pm's the op was asking and i answered as to how eric contacted me back.. so it worked for me

 

calls worked for me.. But you have to get lucky.. I've also gotten correspondence through AIM as well.
