Rear quarter panel access from inside car to remove dent???

Rear quarter panel access from inside car to remove dent???
My car was hit by a tree this morning and it dented the drivers side qaurter panel. Looks like it can be popped back out. The dent is right where a passenger would be sitting on the drives side. Can I take teh armrest and stuff off and get access to the outside quater panel to push the dent out?
