just got a 2006 g35

Wassup! Just sold my 2003 350z and got a gcoupe with 19,000miles!! Just got a quick question! The cluck pedal feels really weird. I push the pedal about 1inch and the clutch is fully disengaged already, the rest of the pedal which is about 7 inches down is just dead pedal. It really makes the car hard to drive smooth. I know our trannys have a high engagement point but my 350z was never like this! My Z even had the new CD009 tranny. Going uphill smoothly isn’t even possible I have to rev it higher than normal or else ill just stall. The clutch grabs perfectly fine no slipping I had my 350z for 5 years and never had a problem like this. I tried to the clutch adjustment but all it does is lower the pedal, the engagement point is still high and makes the pedal feel squishy and will not come back up, so I have to raise the pedal up again. Is this normal or should I bring it to the stealership? I’m still under warranty.

I have a low mileage 06' and have never had any problems anything like that. Did you not test drive the car before making the purchase? Since it's still in warranty, I'd definitely take it to the stealership and get it checked out, asap.

Sounds like either your slave cylinder or master.
