got my test pipes installed finally, I'll have a better video of it later on where i'm not in an enclosed area so you can get a more accurate sound.

Hey guys thanks.
Here is an updated clip of the test pipes that is better a bit.
Figured since the previous video was in a parking garage, the sound wasn't too accurate.

My apologies though for having the camera too close to the exhaust upon startup. Makes it sound a bit distorted but doesn't sound at all like that in person.

lmao I don't know if i did but so far he hasn't called. lmao.
Um actually Beebo. IN the car I thought I heard rasp so I was like "wtf man" so I had my buddy drive it, in all sorts of ways, rev up to 3k, 5k even, in both park and driving, he drove it light, drove it hard. with both windows up, and down.

at the end of the day while using up nearly half a tank of gas, I am safe to say that my car has absolutely no rasp. You swear you hear it in the car (but I believe thats just the pipes since they are right above the cabin), but outside you do not hear it at all.

no rasp, and I'm very happy with that. Thank God for resonated test pipes.

When I first installed them I initially put in some nonfoulers in it, and I had no CEL, so I was like "oh great sweet" but then a day alter I got it so instead, I took out the nonfoulers, and this time put in o2 simulators, and now 2 days later, I have no CEL so I'm safe to say I'm good

any more questions or inputs please feel free, by the way Chicago's heatwave sucks!

nice, what exactly are test pipes for? just to make the sound louder?

how would it sound with stock exhaust and test pipes? and is it environment safe, meaning will i pass inspections?

how much did it cost you and is it easy to install?

Lol thanks guys for all the compliments I feel honored.

well first of all, the nismo catback retails I believe at 1400 + shipping (correct me if I'm wrong) but I got mine locally brand new for 800.

The test pipes are Megan Racing v2 (they come with the non foulers to prevent the CEL), BUT the nonfoulers for me didn't work, so I got the o2 simulators put in instead, and since then I haven't had a single CEL pop up. I got these off of enjukuracing.com and I paid 160 shipped to my door and it took less than a week.

The wing on my trunk I got off of spoilerdepot.com and I love it since it accents the car just enough for me.

and to pass inspections/emissions (minus CA), if you do not throw a code, then you're safe. Lately nowadays all emissions testers just plug into your OBDII and if there is no code, then no fail.

Thanks guys!
