cruise control
Re: cruise control
I use it as much as possible. On the freeway I set it at 68 and usually don't have any problems except rush hour. On roads with a 30 or 35mph speed limit I frequently set at 5 over. Using CC and setting at a speed you are unlikely to get ticketed for is a great way to avoid those tickets. When I drive without it I tend to go faster and faster.
The accel, decel and cancel work quite well. One of the thing that really bugged me about my Celica was that its CC sucked below 40mph, and that was after a CC ECU update. It worked fine on loaner Corollas, but not on the more expensive Celica. Just one of the reasons I don't have that car any longer.
