i wanna ask what is the best Performance and look wheel
Locality look and the Performance
and what is the best wheel size is it 18 or 19
and the Width 9.5 or 10.5 for rear and 8.5 or 9.5 for front

If you increase the width of the wheel and tire, you will likely improve your handling, ie. zipping around corners. If you increase to size to 19 from 18, you will probably find the car a bit slower. I think that 19 inch wheels are mostly for looks, so you have to decide if you want all out performance or looks or a compromise. If you do upgrade to 19 inch wheels, try to find one that is light as weight is a killer for any performance gains. Also quality wheels are not inexpensive, often costing more than the stock rims, which are very overpriced.
For the 19 inch rims, people are usually going with 8.5-9.0 for the width and for the back 9.5-10. I don't think that there is a best answer for this.
