Sent an email to the President of CarboTech and explained the 2 year ordeal I was having with their brakes. It was a detailed note entailing all the help I received at infinitihelp and here at this forum. I received back a note to call him at my convenience.
I have to say he was a class act and had no problem sending me out another set, at no cost, but this time they would be ceramic. He prefers talking to his customers rather than going back and forth via email.
It pays to go to the top, when they are accessible.
Bottom line, I will buy from them again.
