Driving back from the lake to my apartment today, I came upon a red C4S on the highway. The C4S may be perhaps my favorite version of the 996 aesthetically speaking. I love the widebody and the strip across the back between the two lights. Anyway I wanted to get a closer look of this sexy beast and give the driver a thumbs up. I did that, but I don't think he saw me, but next thing I know, he falls behind me for a few seconds and then he switches lanes and must have gone wide open throttle. So I checked my rear view mirror and decided , 'Oh what the hell,' and switched lanes and put my gas pedal to the floor.

Well needless to say, his car was obviously faster. Of course he got the jump everytime because I basically just played follow the leader and wanted to admire his car while trying to keep up with him as fast as I could. I am not one for "racing" but as you can tell I was definitely curious to see how our cars stack up, especially because I love P-cars.

I did feel a tremendous satisfaction when the driver of the C4S waved to me as we went our separate ways. The G35 is a very respectable car. I also thought it was really cool that the guy was willing to unveil the might of the C4S. I know its not a Turbo, but still a very impressive car nonetheless. Also, its not everyday you get to see a 911 driven hard. And he had his wife with him no less....

Yea they are def. beautifull cars!! Ive had the chance to "play" around or get slapped aroudn by a turbo once, I just wanted to hear the sound and see it take off and WOW was it fast, ive also been in one but havent seen one take off from another persons point of view. its not like everyday people want to push their cars either, def. exciting for both of you I guess =)
