Pi-thon lock between intake pipe and MAF

Is it possible to replace #10 (shown in picture) with some silicon coupler like the one also shown in picture (between intake pipe and TB)? anyone done this before?
If yes, then im guessing usual 3" pi-thon induction lock will fit over the coupler? need to know ASAP!

thanks in advance!

I don't know why not, measure to make sure the 3" would be large enough and make sure the coupler is the exact same color....Pi Thon 1-888-474-8466. I'll be doing the same thing when I finally get my new Fuji custom polished intake....group buy.

if someone chimed in with a picture of arc setup with pi-thon induction lock on #9 and #10, this would be solved. ANYONE?

No ****....not supprised the way they conducted business and how if you didn't call right at 8 AM they never answered the phone. So how are you going to get the locks if they don't exist? I love the clamps I bought at Napa, they're 3" and work great. Check out my engine pic on my garage.
