2005 Coupe Pics?

Hi all.. n00b here, but I run a forum for TT's. I used to own a TT, now a GTI and looking in to a G35. I heard about the slight redesign for 2005 and was wondering (after doing a search here with no real results) if there were any spy shots or assumptions about the interior and nose changes for 2005.

I am trying to decide if I should pickup an end of the year 2004 or wait for the changes. Any shots or detailed information would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Re: 2005 Coupe Pics?

you don't need (or want) spy shots, go to the infiniti news web page (www.infinitinews.com) and look at the officially released pics. click on the link about g35 changes then the photo gallery thing on the right.

the coupe is identical in body, but the sedan is different (only front/side shown, back not yet). inside pic of the sedan interior is also shown.

and comapred that shot to 2004 shots on the web and it looks exactly the same to me. Can you point out the differences?

Re: Ok, I looked...

what are you looking at? the interior is totally different (only sedan shown so far, so who knows for the coupe, but basically metal pieces instead of painted plastic, center analog clock moved, different steering wheel buttons, controls are now rotary instead of pushable, etc).

the coupe exterior is identical, but the sedan has a very different front end.

for 05 sedan, front end now looks like the coupe. to be exact, the hood is basically a coupe hood (look at the crease design), the bumper is basically the coupe bumper (look at the number of large and small air inlets), etc. oh different wheels for 05 as well.

Exactly the same car on the outside. minor changes on inside.. slightly higher price.. but it will be a 2005!

I used to be able to see interior pics of the 2005 g35 coupe on the website listed above, but now I just see one exterior and that's it. Anyone still have the interior?

Your kidding right? Infinitinews never posted the coupes interior, just for the sedans.

If you're getting the 6MT I would wait.

A bump of aprox. 15 hp to 295 pending official specs plus 19 inch rims standard and an interior revamp are worth the wait imo.

You are correct, I was completely mistaken. Sorry about that.
