Hey guys. Im getting an HKS catback installed on my car on Monday. I was wondering if anyone had any clips with the HKS and non-resonated testpipes. I just want to be prepared lol. Worst case scenario, ill just buy some resonated-testpipes. Ive looked on youtube and found a few clips but it didnt say if the TPs were resonated or not (probably resonated).

Also, how can you tell the difference HKS and an XO2?? I dont want to get screwed...

 

Where did you buy your HKS exhaust from? It's not a good sign if you are questioning if it is authentic or not. I recently purchased the HKS Ti-Power exhaust and the sound is amazing. I remember finding a thread that compared the HKS and the X02 and the differences were pointed out. I think it may have been posted in the review section by xXHotelCrazyXx.

 

well im buying it from a local seller. we have a mutual friend. hes in a hurry to sell it because of personal\financial problems. hes a good guy (from what i hear). i just wanted to know if theres something like an HKS engraving on the tips that i can look for. i wouldnt know how else to prove authenticity
