take a chill pill and welcome to driver
welcome and don't mind everyone else here.. everyone has strong opinions about what not to put on the G (ie. 21in chrome rims/ billet grilles/ 5 different brand labels on your trunk/ etc) so if you show up with something like that on your car, not a lot of the members here will like it. It's your car tho, so don't get discouraged.. although if you lurk the forum pictures you'll see some hot G's and might want to change the way you make your car look =D. Welcome to driver!
Congrats on the purchase.
+13, you should remove the Billet grilles, the window decal, those rims, side door moldings, and that front license plate.
It'll look much cleaner and you can work your way from there and make it look much better.

just trade it in for another...!!!
j/k... i remember when i bought my first g.. it was an 03 6mt with the aero package and premium i think.. it also had the side moldings, stock 18's and i loved it.. before i drove it off the lot i had them remove the side moldings even if it meant there might be a slight difference in the paint because it was there for 2 years.. well.. there was no difference in paint.. and after that... it looked way cleaner... if you choose to go stock look, i have an oem grill that would fit nicely in place of that billet.. but if you like it.. **** everyone else...
congratulations..!!!!

Easy there sparky, no ones saying its your fault. We're just telling you that you've got alot of work to do to get it right. Personally, I think of it as a G35 rescue. You rescued it from further mistreatment, now you can fix it and make it bomb.
Congrats on the purchase.

Aye, welcome to the forums, good luck with the new ride, hope you enjoy yours as much as we all usually enjoy ours
As stated above (I think Elayman put it best), you'll find some pretty strong opinions here but hey, it's still your ride. Take a look around at some of the picture/mod posts and you'll see what can be done, maybe you'll want to go that route, maybe you won't. Either way, enjoy the G, they're all sorts of fun.

Jok3r, we take the elegance of our cars seriously on drive! The rims would be tough if they had some lippage, the door molding aint that bad but that ford billet grill has gots to go ASAP. Other then that you all rite
