What is the weight of the g35 coupe 18" wheels?

Hi guys, I'm new to the forum. I've been lurking for some time now, but I finally needed to ask you guys a question. I've got a 2003 G35 Coupe with the factory 18 inch Rims. I tried googling, calling my local Infiniti dealership, calling Tirerack, and calling Infiniti Cosumer Affairs for the answer, but no one seems to know the answer. I'm hoping one of you guys know the weight of the factory 18 inch rims installed on the 2003 G35 coupe 6mt. Please help!

Thanks for the info nghiars. I thought they would be heavier than 21lbs. Where did you find the weight of the wheels? Did you weigh them? Because that was going to be my last resort. I'm looking to get some nice light 18 inch rims to replace my now scuffed up oem rims. I finally know what to shop for, thanks!

Any tire recommendation for my soon to be new rims? I'm looking into getting the Nitto NT 555, any one have these on there G's. Any rim recommendations? I'm on a budget, so I'm not looking into spending thousands of dollars.

21lbs for the factory 18" wheels seemed a bit light to me, so I did some more research. I checked ebay out and I saw some people selling the rims, so I asked several of them what they weighed. One of them said around 25lbs and another one said around 26lbs, so it's probably in between the two. I knew it was heavier than 21lbs. I'm going to ask several other sellers just to be sure. I'll give you guys an update.

good stuff....I always wondered too. Everyone's answers were always different. Some did calculations on the total weight with the tire. Knowing the tire weight from the manufacturer, they just subtracted it from the total weight which gave them the rim weight....but I'm sure it can be off by 1 or 2 lbs.

I finally got around to asking another seller and they said 25lbs. So for all you performance junkies out there, look for some nice rims under 25lbs.

I weighed my stock 18's on a scale and they were 25lbs. My oz wheels, also 18's, weigh right at 19lbs.
