Side Markers, look good lit or unlit?

So when I had bought my 05 G35 Coupe, the side markers were done. Might just be the fuse but whatever. Haven't gotten around to fixing it but i was thinking, I actually kinda like the side markers not being lit up.
I've kinda liked the look of just headlights and no other light source at night, and the new G37's don't even have side markers and that looks good day or night.

I've never seen my G35 with side markers before so I can't see a comparison. What do you guys think though? Should I just leave the side markers unlit, or should I fix them?

Fill in the whole with bondo and repaint your bumper and it would like very clean.

My left harness was ripped off when my front drivers side smashed into a traffic cone. Never fixed it and I like it without the side marker lamps on. I wish I just got the side marker delete.
I do rock the clear corners With BUMP though.

Yeah I might just end up doing the same with mine.

Shaving the side markers idea sounds great its just I'm not sure if I wanna put forth the money to pay for the repaint of stock bumper right now.
