Does anyone know about how much it costs to get headers installed?

The dealership said they would install them for $485, but then again thats the dealership, I knew it would be higher than about anywhere else.

 

The Crawford headers takes them all day but the beauty is if you can get to Nashville, Doug charges you a flat $300 (last I checked a month ago) for the install. He said they have it down to a science.

Due to their extreme length, I'm sure they are the most difficult to install. From the looks of the Borla you might be able to slap it on with one hand and some vice grips.

I'd plan on 4-6 hours (give or take) for your average Nismo, DC or Borla header so depending on labor at the shop anywhere from $300 to $600 sounds reasonable.

From what I hear, you should go to a good Nissan dealer and the their service departments supposedly charge less $$ per hour! I would try looking into that! Unfortunately, newer cars, especially ours with the front mid-ship design makes the bay extremly tight! Bye bye are the days where this was a nice easy mod that would take you a few hours tops in your driveway. Now you need lift, miniture hands, and the patience of a saint!!!
