Sorry for the unfortunate accident and the unfortunate posting by the A-hole above. I want you to know that this type of posting is not tolerated here and I've written the following to all Admins and Mods:

I am almost more angered by the absurd post by gte192t then I was from the accident!
My baby is due october 23rd, and I can't wait... As for getting married, we are not rushing that right now. We know we love each other and we have some other, more important things to deal with right now.
My car is on its way to the Infiniti dealer to get checked out and to get an estimate of the damage. I don't know whether I want it to be totaled so I can get a more practical possibly cheaper car that I can afford, and not lose a lot of value on the car since it was in an accident when I goto trade it in. Or do I just want it to be fixable. I am so confused right now.
Dealing with insurance companies is not the quickest nor easiest process I might add. I have quite the headache!
I should find out more today. Hopefully, I will be able to get some pics taken tonight when I go see my car at the dealer. I'll post later tonight.
Back to the @[censored] gte192t! Is there any way we can have him removed as a member and or banned from the site. Since we can't physically harm him for his cruel comments, doing anything else would suffice for now.
Keep posting everyone. It helps to hear what all of you have to say about all of this.

Wow, it must have been a scary moment for you to be in an accident like that with a 7 month pregant soon-to-be. Thank god everything is okay. I would be in a rage also if something like this happened to me.
As for which car to get, I think I would probably consider something bigger... maybe the sedan or even an SUV. Who knows, you might want a few more kids after this one. =D
And as for that guy Chris, he will get his some day. Nobody in their right minds would've said something like he did in person. If they did, well.. must be retarded.

as long as ur wife and baby are ok that is all it matters. The insurance should give u the full retail value of your car, which should be enough to pay off rest of ur G's remaining balance.

Sorry to hear about what happened. If your car does get repaired, it will perform exactly the way it used to, at 100%. The G is not a poopy car so whatever is broken gets replaced (they don't attempt to "fix" anything, they just replace it all).
The best way for things to work out for you is if your car can be repaired back to normal and the lady's insurance company pays for all the repairs. Assuming it is economical to repair your car, don't forget that since it still was in a bad accident, it does hurt the car's resale value. So you need to request what's called a "diminished value" check where the insurance company pays for the resale hit you take by that lady crashing into you (aside from the repairs they are supposed to cover).

Yes he was banned for obvious reasons, but his otherwise good record and good attitude bodes well for his quick reinstatement.

eff the G man, I would have gone ballistic just for the fact that your fiance is pregnant, I would have dragged the lady out of her car and beat her till the police pulled me off of her (and I DO NOT believe in hitting women) that is ridiculous, she's still on the eff'n phone after the accident? While reading your post I was just hoping everything would be okay with your child and fiance..that was my #1 fear while my girlfriend was pregnant.
As for the car, I'm sorry to hear about the damage. As for a replacement, have you looked at a TL? Having a newborn would be really hard without 4 doors. My son was 2 when I got my coupe and it works out because he can climb in and out. I just hope everything turns out for the best..glad to hear everyone is okay.

I would first like to thank everyone for posting and caring about my fiance, the baby, and my G.
I was able to get some pics of the G today at the shop. This was the first time I was really able to look at the car after the accident. It doesn't look as bad as I thought it was, but the shop still said it might be totaled because of the frame that starts under the wheel well is crunched a little. I will know more once they tear down the car to see all the damage. They can't do that though until I get the police report and the other ladies insurance company approves it. I am supposed to get that Saturday.
I am still really pissed, but glad we all ended up unhurt. I hope everything goes well with my car being that I don't have any money to put upfront for anything. I just paid $430 for a speeding ticket I got the weekend before the accident (only going 10 over the speed limit...65mph in a 55mph zone). My luck is not the greatest right now to say the least!!!
Anyway, the pics should follow this post.
