You can paint them and as long as your reverse lights, brake lights, turn signals, and reflectors are visible it will be legal.

personally, i think the circle is what sets our cars aside from just any random lights. its one of the things that makes our cars HOT.

so i dunno why any1 would get rid of them.
unless they dont like them

oh yeah , i just remembered its ironic how the g35 commercials use to advertise that they revised their lights so some1 could see us .37 sec faster.

here we are painting over the lights :]

uh bluebat DOES have those inner circles for his overlays, as he mentioned in his official overlay thread all the way at the bottom all GTR style overlays have center inserts available. Go look again!

btw the "tgtr306-GTR Style with cutouts for brake/turn/reverse/LEDS/side reflector." matches what you're going for the best.

Well here's my take on it...

I personally love the dark smoke tgtr06b (with inserts) that blue bat is selling. I'm definitely going to go with the vinyls this time around, its a much better quality job than just "sticker" lol.

The other thing is, I really want to get it on the car and figure out if it's the absolute right move. If I grow tired of it or just don't like it as much as I thought I would.....then Paint would be a messss to deal with.

Plus - I'm not sure you can even do 6/10 smoke effect with paint?

I used tint spray on my tailights and you can still see the lights when the car is on. I guess it depends on how much you apply.

When my car is on you still see the circles and lighted area.
Its just black all around them
