I recently had a full trans flush on my 03 Sedan 5AT, it seems to be shifting much smoother and even seems to be running stronger...is this the results of a trans flush or just in my head?

 

I'm supprised you didn't know this, all things mechanical run better with new fluids and yes you can feel it. If you use synthetic fluids that feeling never goes away! I've always thought that changing oil and throwing on a fresh coat of wax made my G way faster/smoother....

is it recommended that you change your trans fluid and oil at the same time???
