4 or 5 cigs/week is pretty low. I have a couple friends who go through almost a pack/day. It's so nasty!!!
Plus, most smokers throw their butts on the ground and leave them. Damn littering ****'s. I hate it the most when people throw them down w/out putting them out and I can still smell the smoldering cancer smoke.
Last comment, this girl I'm seeing smokes occasionally, and i saw her on saturday and when I kissed her I could tell she smoked the night before. I almost wanted to vomit in her mouth.

..lol... I took my son to watch the spiderman 2 movie when it came out. In front of us at the ticket line, were these 2 little ****** (*****, rednecks) that kept landing on the floor these huge nasty spits. They were tobacco chewers. Both of them must have been 15 or 16 years old. I had to bite my lip and restrain myself because I had my son next to me. I wanted to beat the living daylights out of them. I kept on praying that their spit wouldn't land on my son's sandal or I would not have been able to take it and it would had gotten nasty. Being a non-smoker, non-chewer I can't understand the addiction to nicotine but I am sure it must be hard to deal with.
