Explain the powertrain warrenty?

I am the second owner of a 2005 Infiniti G35 Coupe 35k miles. I didnt buy it from a Infiniti Dealer. I understand that Infiniti has a 70k miles/7 year power train warranty. Does it transfer with the car? And if so if the warranty still available for me?
