What are the best springs for a 07 coupe?

It would be ideal to go with coilovers but they are not in my budget. With keeping the ride comfort as is, which would be the best sport spring set up for my 07 coupe?

1) Eibach
2) Tein
3) Swift

I think they all have the same 1" drop.

I'm in love with my swifts. Not many guys are running them, but once they catch on, I think that will start to change. Ride is very comparable to stock. I just ordered my rear camber, so I'm gonna do the springmount mod on my car. There's a good chance you won't need a camber kit, but the adjustment was all the way out on my left side rear, so no more adjustment.

Handling was greatly improved over stock, great ride. I highly recommend them.

Sorry to resurrect an old thread, but I was looking into the Swift Springs and from my research, I've found:

Oem springs G35 coupes with oem 17’s & 18’s G35 sedan’s with sport suspension 350Z’s 2003/2004
Front:314 Rear:342

Oem springs G35 coupes 2005 only with oem 19’s only 350Z 2004.5/2005
Front:314 Rear:427

I have a 2005 Coupe with 'Sport Tuned Suspension' and I was considering the Sport Springs, Model#: 4N903, however, I noticed that the Spring Rates are lower. (softer)
Swift Fronts: 280 Lbs/Inch
Swift Rears: 314 Lbs/Inch

Would selecting a lower (softer) Spring Rate to replace my OEM Springs, result in prematurely wearing out the OEM Shocks and poor handling?

Thoughts?
