Upgrading my g35 coupe !
650RWHP is very hard to obtain with our engines, and make it reliable. I would say, either replace the engine with an LS2. Which has been done before. Or go with a a completely new engine. Including pistons, rings, cams, heads, and injectors just to name a few, and then slap a TT setup onto it, or a big *** Supercharger. Our engines stock with larger injectors can only carry about 10lbs of boost, at about 400RWHP. To obtain 650, you will definitely need atleast another 10lbs. Just my 2c
And for the record, the SVT models aren't your typical Fords. Shows how narrow minded and ignorant/misinformed you are.
.. what I find funny is that the OP says he's on a racing team and has sponsorship, yet he doesn't know where to go or what to do. I'd think if someone is on a racing team, one would know at least a reputable shop in the area... heck, there are a bunch of tuner magazines that detail step-by-step how to do something like that.
Whatever man. You can't compare a botched up Hennesey car to the reliablity of an 03-04 Cobra. Time to get your head out of the sand. I like G35s too, but sticking the kind of money into a 04 model G35 to get 650 RWHP is just a waste. There's cars much better designed to withstand those power levels from the factory.

It's funny you mention the "reliability" of the cobra. My brother has had his 04 cobra rebuilt 4 times since he bought it. He's always had it professionally built and all motor pushing 400-450 hp. Never boosted or sprayed. While the camaro I had has pushing 500 and never blew.
Look into Ttranks setup. Greddy TT pushing 650trq and 649hp. It's his DD and it's a sedan. Go into the sedan section and in the stickies there is The greddy twins thread, check it out.
You're looking at a down payment on a house kind of money here though.

Should run you about $800
You should have advised him to go to Hennessey for one of his new 700 RWHP LS9 Camaro's.
