Need some new rims
Need some new rims
Can anyone suggest any decently priced rims i can get to replace the ones i have on my coupe. I have the 18 inch rims. I don't want to spend too much on them, maybe like 200 or so on each.
Re: Need some new rims
IMO, stick with stock. $200 isn't much, infact the stock tires are in the neighborhood of $250 each. Quality aftermarket rims (the cheaper ones) run about $500 each and on up to the high end at about $1750 each. Maybe you should just save your money for new tires. You'll need them sooner than you might think.

Re: Need some new rims
Doesn't do much good to buy weak [non full forged] rims which bend and get out of spec fast.........leaving a vibrating uncomfortable car to drive. Just to look chromey or pleasing to a narrow subset of population.
Re: Need some new rims
You'll be downgrading your rims if you get new ones at that price. If you want something somewhat different, look into chroming the stock ones or powdercoating them a different color.

Give the guy a break really.. If I were you maybe you can find someone to switch up your 18's for theirs and include some cash OR wait until the new 19's come out and maybe you can swap with someone with your 18's and cash for their 19's again.
