Thinking about buying these headlights! Thoughts?

Hey Everyone. I am trying to breath some life into my G. I have just installed and HKS Hi-Power Exhaust and some Eibach Lowering Springs. I am thinking about adding these paint matched headlights from clearcorners.com.

Check out the website and let me know your thoughts.

http://clearcorners.com/products/inf...35_1c/h_lamp1/

I have black headlight covers now and it seems so does everyone else. They are kinda steep at over a G a pair but I think they look sick. Has anyone done a mod like this.

Your comments would be very helpful in my decision making.

Thanks in advance

High $ headlight mods....do something worth while!

The issue I have with high dollar headlight mods are they don't make your G run any better and unless someone looks closely they'll go un-noticed. You'd be better off installing '06 projector head lights that actually offer better lighting, that's called an upgrade. Clearcorners does nice work but the cost is NUCKINGFUTTS....

people notice my clearcorners.com headlights all the time!! I wouldnt choose anything else!! love them!! head turners!! Get asked all the time about the lights. Money isnt an issue than whynot...

Just know that when you do purchase these lights they are custom done by hand and it may seem like its taking forever but the wait is well worth the quality and craftsmanship! Mine are painted factory color.

OP:

here are mine: I have the 06 set and IMO I would suggest getting the 06-07 Set.

I also have the JDM clearcorners.

That's easy to figure out, you pop your hood and the glare from all those polished items Sean sold you makes them look away which is where your modded headlight are. It's not just the headlights....

Thanks for the great responses. I think I am going to do it. I just got the estimate via email. Gonna go with the factory black color match the led color changing side markers. Love the pics of your clearcorner.com headlights. There are so many G's modded in LA and I really want to be a tad different.

My quote for the headlightsis $1200 with the sidemarkers. The super crazy LED lights are $1800. F, that!

Hahaha I spent approximately $50 and a few hours to mod the 2nd set of headlights I have to look exactly like that OP.... Save yourself some money and spend a weekend taking your headlights out, opening them up and doing the mods yourself. I'm happy to help you out if you need it.

Wish I had cash like that to buy rims, sigh . i'd suggest do it yourself. not that complicated or have someone do it that will do it for so much cheaper
