Re: coupes at Atlantic Infinti
I wish I would have known a member worked there before I brought my car in. I unfortunately didn't have a great service experience there. I brought my car in about a month ago to have the CD changer/radio replaced (got the infamous "CD ERROR FO" problem). Stacy was my service advisor. Polite enough, but was told my radio would need to be replaced and had to be ordered. Would call me when it came in. Nobody called 3 weeks later, so I tried calling them 5 times. 4 out of the 5 times I called I got put on hold forever, or disconnected. I left 3 messages with Stacy to call me back, and he never did. I left voicemails, messages with the receptionist (when she answered the phone which was rare), etc. Spoke with parts department and they had no record of my order or my service request, and of course, no radio in stock.
So I said forget this, and went to Massapequa Infiniti instead. Much better service. They ordered the radio, and it came in only 4 days, and they called me both at work and home to let me know it was in as well as sending me a postcard. Just brought it in today to have it replaced - dropped the car off at 8AM before work, got the loaner car, and was called at work at 11AM to let me know it was done. Went back during my lunch break to pick it up, and the new radio was installed and my car was ready to go. Totally painless.
I suppose I would have gotten better service at Atlantic than I did had I known you were a member and an employee, but oh well. You should tell your manager there are some service quality issues at Atlantic. For one, there is definitely a phone problem where no one answers the damned phone . And Stacy needs to learn to return customer phone calls promptly (or at least at all).
Sorry for my ranting, but I was shocked at the poor service I received from an Infiniti dealer. It was my first time there, and possibly my last.

Man, don't get me started with ATLANTIC!!!!! ATLANTIC sux!! I hate them and after they fix the damage they caused to car, they will never see me or my G again! I encountered the same problems as you with the phone...or lack thereof. Just reading your post made me all hot under he collar again! As I mentioned on a different thread, I am very close to just driving my G right through there front window!!!! I knew there would be problems when Atlantic bought it from Able!!!
