I will be black housing my headlights this weeknd and I was thinking about using this spray or vinyl on the fog reflector part to get more of a yellow look from far when the fogs are both on or off?

this vinyl is heat resistent up to 200*F

If you want yellow fogs, then get some yellow caps. You may have to mod them to fit H1 bulbs if you have 06+ headlights.

stock fog bulb:

same stock bulb with yellow cap:

You can buy yellow H4 bulbs for the fogs... Had them in my headlights when I painted the housing black.

Yea thats what I did. I ordered h4 luminics but I just want the reflector to look yellow even when the light is not on. Like if you were to see the headlights from the outside without them being on you would still see the yellow or would a yellow bulb just solve this problem lol. I think the black housing with that yellow part will look pretty cool, something like this. I know his are on but just to have them like that w/o them on. Just the reflector. with the vinyl.

I think thats why he wants to coat them yellow..

The only problem is no coating will give you that glow during the day, itll most likely turn to be very 'ricy' IMO.

^^^^For that look, you'll only get it at dusk or night.

You could just leave that part the original silver reflector and maybe the reflection of the yellow will give you the look youre trying to achieve...

I'm running the luminics JDM yellow fog blubs with black housing and I can say they look great. Yellow reflectors could be interesting though...

Yea I dont want to look ricey at all and second of all i dont want to mess up my freshly new 06-07 projectors lights and also not get enough light out at night from my fogs.
