only thing i can think of is that somewhere in the wheelbase or undercarriage some thing is loose and is rubbing against the wheel...idk maybe pictures or something would make things more clear.

there is a tsb for it, I think it is the rear axle. I remember reading about it. search for "rear axle clicking" show posts and you should be able to find the tsb..you can get it fixed under warranty if yours is still valid.

Could be a rock stuck in the tread of your tire?

The rear axle click is only when you shift from R to D, D to R, or drive from a complete stop.

He's describing a clicking noise every single rotation, so it's something different.

Or a nail. Try driving slowly through a tunnel or a flat wall with your windows down. You should be able to hear the clicking sound reflecting off the walls of where you're driving.

Quick things to check for:
-Wheels (Bends), Tires (feathering makes a reoccuring noise, possible nail as stated above)
-Jack the car up and spin the wheel see if u can hear/feel a slight tick or click perhaps. -Could also be you didn't bolt the wheels properly either under/over torqued them.

If problem persists:

-Check axle (bent perhaps, although u'd DEF. feel that lol)
-Wheel bearring is also a semi common problem.
-Rotors loose/unevenly worn

Alot of these problems you would probably feel while driving but i'm just throwing ideas to eliminate i guess. If it's coming from one side then just jack it up and check it out. Once you localize the area then start eliminating parts.

Best of luck man.
