hey thanks for the props everyone. Yes I got very lucky. And no it is not rolled back... I know because I got it from my own bro. He was looking into getting a new G37 vert, so instead of trading it in, he sold it to family 
We're pretty **** with our cars... I've been begging him to sell it to me for quite some time. I actually detailed the car a few times for him.
It's nice to be amongst fellow G addicts... thanks for making me feel so welcome!
